This place has it's good and bad points. First the bad. Housekeeping - do they have any? They were only in my room 1 time the entire week I was there. When I checked in there was a Subway back with 1/2 sandwich and bag of chips in the mini fridge. On the 1 day housekeeping was in the room when they left the security latch was left so it kept the door open until I returned about 8 pm. The room card had to be reactivated on day 2 and replaced on day 3. The emergency exit on the west end was rarely closed securely and the parking lot is in need of pothole repair. And the spa tub on the website has probably not seen any water in months. OK, now for the good. Free wi-fi usually worked, the continental breakfast was the best of any motel I'm stayed at in this price range, convenient location, It was an ok place but I will not be staying there again. I would say spend a few dollars more and stay at the Motel 6 across the street.

It should be rated 0 stars. absolutely disgusting from the room to the lobby. rooms looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in months, stains all over floor, bed didn't even have a fitted sheet, bathtub/shower was stained with brown color where you stand, room had wall a/c unit from the 1980's that barely worked, went down for continental breakfast and was absolutely disgusted. food and hair all over floor that looked like its been there awhile there was grease and dirt all over blinds seperating from desk and food area that it looks like they painted it to try and cover up grease and grime. to top it off we were so disgusted we had our 3 year old daughter sleep in her sleeping bag in the bed, we accidently forgot it in the room when we left we called a few hours later and they said it wasn't there! stopped back there on our return trip and they said they never found it. so on top of they rattyness of this place they steal your things as well if you leave them. who would take a 3 year olds princess sleeping bag? plus the staff can hardly speak english, avoid this place at all costs! its worth an extra $10-15 to stay right next door trust me i've stayed at some cheap hotels and i am by no means a picky person, but this place is awful.

This hotel was agood deal for the money. Highlights of this one: EXCEPTIONALLY quiet. I rarely heard any noise from other guests or traffic or airport noise. Good location for walking or biking by using "side streets". Only problem: AC seemed to be malfunctioning but it wasn't hot outside so I just didn't use it. I submitted a service request when I checked out. In morning I was surprised by hot breakfast buffet. My family loved it. I will stay again

I have stayed at this location twice in recent months. My first stay was marred by noisy guests who checked in at 2 or 3 in the morning and were very loud. Not the Inn's fault, I guess. However, I must compliment the front desk personnel and the other staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and the rates are reasonable. On both visits I found the rooms to be very clean and well maintained

This is a very inexpensive hotel that is safe, clean and what I expect for the price. The decor is out of date -- but, who cares? We just wanted a safe place to crash that was clean, and to have everything work. We were not disappointed. The clerk up front was very nice, and even funny. There was parking right close by. No mold like someone else said, absolutely no insects, and the inside and outside door locked properly . We did not use the pools (we never do), we do not need hand holding, we just want to watch TV and go to sleep. I can't remember the breakfast area because I did not "hunt and gather it" - but my husband brought back bagels and cream cheese from the breakfast nook to our room (I think he said it was 'no frills'). I would stay there again -- and, in fact, am booking it now for the very near future.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June. Check in was really easy and only took a minute or two. Upon arriving the lobby has been totally redone compared to the pictures we saw on Expedia. Very modern decorating and one of the larger lobby/breakfast rooms. We stayed on the first floor and our room was also totally redone. We had a king size room, but the only thing large was the bed as it seemed a little cramped. You can hear some highway noise if you have a room facing that way. We did, but the air conditioner over powered it for the most part. It is a very convenient hotel to the airport. Very cheap rate so I will stay again

do not stay here if you want an enjoyable shower. all the rooms on the first floor get hot water to the shower, but it is a trickle,or so scalding you cannot shower. rooms on the second floor get no hot water. i complained and was told there is nothing they can do. needless to say i will never stay again. who doesn't want a shower after a long drive? this is too bad because the room was ok, the tv worked fine, the ac/heat was great and quiet and the internet was lightning fast. did not try the breakfast as i worked all night and didn't get there in time. i would never stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel wasn't great. Since it changed names a couple years ago, we have noticed a gradual decrease in room cleanliness and service. Don't plan to stay here again any time soon. The curtain rod actually starting falling off the wall and the room wasn't very clean.

We had a terrible experience: 1) We thought we had reservations at a Confort Inn. This place has not been a Confort Inn since Dec 2005. They still advertize on WEB as a Confort Inn and when you get your Credit card charge it will say Confort Inn. Our 7 hour stay was anything but Confortable!!! 2) Our Guaranteed reservation for a KING non-smoking was not available when we arrived (they told us the AC did not work) and we were put into a room with double beds. Well, the AC did not work all night in the double bed room either. 3) When we got our credit card bill (45 days later), we had been charged twice for the same night stay. Once for the advertized rate and once for more than double the advertized rate. 4) We complained at the desk the morning when we left but no one wanted to listen. 5) We complained over the phone to the Hotel Desk Manager, again all she would say is that her boss had told her that we must pay the higher bill or we would end up paying twice!! 6) After the poor accommodations to be treated this way over the phone forced us to turn the claim over to American Express, write this and other reviews, and contact the real Confort Inn to tell them how their good name is being used. 7) When you push them they tell you that the hotel is now an American Best Value Inn. Don't believe IT!!!
