Payed with cash and had to place an additional $50.00 deposit. When checking out, could not find my deposit record.

Room was cold. Pool was cold. Originally told we couldn't have extra towels. Had to ask for them twice!

The new remodeling is wonderful. The rooms were clean. Front desk staffed around the clock. They offered a complimentary breakfast, FREE high speed internet. I could park right in front of my room so I didn't have to worry about my stuff in my car. I loved it!!

I travel a lot and the new owners and staff at this motel treat me like family. The rooms are clean, the internet is good and the beds are great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a frequent traveler!

This place is a joke! The staff is dirty and they drink beer all night. I was there just a few weeks ago and could not believe the behavior of the employee's. The manager just blew me off when I tried to discuss my concerns. This is not a place to take your family. I would be scared for their safety. The only thing that is good about it is the location. Other than that... I will head down the street next time.

Local resident seeking shelter during weather-related power outage. Easy to find, but some of the front desk staff was untrained, unkempt, unprofessional. I had heard that the new management had made some positive changes, however, new counter tops and headboards are no substitute for some good housekeeping skills. Checked the room out before moving my things in and there was hair in the sink, toilet seat was dirty, and shower tiles were moldy. I was desperate...there were no other rooms in town. Power at home was finally back on after a couple of hours of shopping & dinner. We had not been in the room other than to look it over, but the person at the desk said they couldn't refund even partially, that it "has been too long". They were charging $66/double room, which is their "holiday rate" to locals who were seeking a warm place to stay and get a shower! Hope they have a Happy Holiday Season!

Thanks Red Coach Inn.. Your weekly rates rock. And its great that when I walk in the door you know who I am and my favorite room is waiting for me. Jimbo

The Red Coach Inn in McPherson has given visitors and locals doubt that it would be around much longer. Thankfully a new owner, management, and staff have answered our questions. It will be affordable. It will be remodeled to expected standards. And it will accommodate to those staying for business or leisure. It's about time McPherson had a place to welcome all those who need a room for any length of time.

Welcome back Red Coach Inn! I am a local here in McPherson, KS and when family comes from out of state, I want them to feel comfortable. My home is small and I have to make other arrangements for my family while visiting. I have not used Red Coach Inn for years because the property was poorly taken care of. I stopped in one day because I was curious after seeing all the construction going on. To my surprise, Red Coach Inn was under new management. The place is looking remarkable! I was so happy to see this. Red Coach Inn has been a part of our wonderful town for years! I got a peek at one of the rooms and knew this was were the family will stay once again. The courtyard has always been like a big family room to my family. Plus, the price of the rooms, fits my budget. Yes, I have to pay for the children to visit! I have stayed at this motel multiple times and the property was starting to get run down. Recently there has been a change in management and they are really making the property look nice. I was very please to see what they have already done and am eager to see where they will go. A good bargain for the value, especially with the courtyard to lounge in.
