Econolodge Inn by the Bay, Fulton

My husband and I travel the US for business and when we went to this motel we were very surprised. The rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean. The manager Kurt was extremely helpful and very nice.Kurt was always on the property and would always stop and ask if everything was ok and ask if we needed anything. We have never been to a motel that we have enjoyed like the Best Western Inn by the Bay.(We stayed 3 weeks) and were sad when we had to leave. The court yard was a very nice place to sit and relax after a long day. We will be returning in late August or early September and we are looking forward to our visit. Thanks Kurt!!!!!

Anytime we make a trip to Rockport we always stay here and up until this stay our experience has always been positive... however, during our brief stay this time, we were suprised by the change. The air condition in the room didnt work, there were fleas near the beds, and the managment was rude and unwilling to address the issues. This experience has truley been a disappointment and our return is highly unlikely.
