theese people walk into youre room without knocking....they like to tell you want you can do in youre room..they told me I could not eat or drink on my bed ...they are rude and dispectful to people staying there...I left a pd extra 100 to have a place that is better...if you are smart do not stay there...they treat you as kids ...i stayed in alot motels and this was the worse i ever stayed in ....I stayed due to fact I moved here,,

I live about 2 blocks from this place. I drive by it every day on the way in and out of my neighborhood. Over the last few years, this place has (as well as the notell-motel next door become a haven for convicted felons and child molesters. These people actually live here. Check it for yourself by googling the Texas Sex Offender registry and searching by zip code 75006. The police are there almost daily. I see these people out creeping around all the time now. If you have kids or a wife, stay away from this place unless you want them raped. Always carry a gun with you to protect yourself if you stay here. I would sleep with it under my pillow.

Rooms are better than Motel 6 or Days inn for lot better price!!....I read some reviews below complaining about rooms, but its all worth it for $35. Yeah its no Hilton but thats why the rates are cheap. I would really recommend this place if your budget is around $40 a night.

The floor of the bathroom was nasty!. The toilet hadn't even been flushed and the door wouldn't shut to the bathroom. There wasn't an alarm clock and the internet didn't work. The room smelled bad and the heater barely worked. I would spend the extra 2 to 3 dollars to stay somewhere better.

We stayedhere two nights ago, and the room was nice for the rate we received. They are pet friendly, vital for us as we were heading back home with our three dogs. Plus, the owner has a good sense of humor. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. A bonus was the AUTHENTIC Mexican restaraunt across the parking lot which was open VERY late!

This place was amazing, i have stayed many times and the service provided was really good and instant. Whatever you dislike about the room, they solve the problem right away. The rooms are pretty nice and clean. Before the rooms were ok, but after they renovated the room and everything there has changed alot. i go often to this place because i travel back and forth. i would recommend this place to everyone....its affordable.

I'VE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL MANY TIMES BEFORE IT'S NAME WAS CHANGED AND I LIKED IT. ME AND MY SISTER STAYED ONE NIGHT AND HAD TO HAVE THE ROOM CHNAGED 3 TIMES...THE FIRST ROOM HAD DIRTY LINEN AND A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR. THE SECOND ROOM HAD DIRTY LINEN AND THE AIR CONDITION WASNT WORKING. THE 3RD ROOM,FINALLY HAD CLEAN SHEETS AND WORKING A/C. I ONLY GO BACK IF I REALLY REALLY HAVE TO,OTHER THAN THAT, I GO TO MOTEL 6 IN ADDISON ON BELTLINE RD.
