Quarters Inn and Suites, Nashville

This hotel is the best we have ever stayed at in Antioch, TN. Hotel is located right off of i-24 minutes away from downtown. The great experience begins at check in and does not stop until you check out, Everyone goes out of their way to make your trip great, The front desk even checked road conditions for our return trip and suggested another route that would be faster than the one I was planning on, The beds were the best and Pillows were soft, It has the most fantastic breakfast with Waffles, cereal, donuts, what more could you want. We were not disappointed with this hotel; we will make this our regular hotel when ever we come to the Antioch, TN,

It cost me 140.00 to stay in this filthy room with dead bugs, a jacuzzi that came out of the archives, that was dirty as well as the bathtub that had cigarette burns everywhere, and the floor, and carpet! Well i just dont' know what to say. I checked for bed bugs and did not see any. Needless to say it was late when i got there and didn't feel like going eleswhere d/t the fact the location was not good. So i went to walmart and got cleaning supplies and cleaned.I still couldn't sleep after all of that for fear something happening or crawling on me.

Youre quoted a cheaper price than they charge when you arrive. Room service comes as it pleases. If you need anything, you have to go get it yourself (towels). No child safety locks (locks@top of door), oldest whirlpool tub in existence, cigarette burns in blankets and sheets, awful location, uncaring staff, room not ready by 3:00 PM. Dirty fridge--bugs in it. Shelf is a plank of wood. Newspaper wadded up to hold fridge in place. Uncomfortable bed. Not worth anymore than $30.00 a night.

I stayed ther on June 4th, 2009. It was great! The place looks rough on the outside due to some remodeling and upgrades. I looked at the hotel online and checked it out before I booked the room. The pics don't even do it justice. I stayed in the deluxe king suite for just $55 (that's tax and all). It has a king bed, sleeper sofa, jacuzzi tub (which i did NOT use), one of the small, tall fridges, and a microwave. It was great and have already booked my next visit at just $47+tax.

My last stay at Quarters Inn & Suites was March 2008. I stayed again with this hotel on March 11, 2009 what a change. The location as always been my favorite and nearby from Southern Hills Hospital. The hotel had brand new granite furniture lamps & wall scones. It was a big change. The whole property has been upscale. The front clerk had told me all 40 rooms have been renovated. The as always been my favorite but, now I see alot of changes. It's a bonus for the value.

Although I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door the housekeeper came in ANYWAY while I was in the shower. So if you don't have a problem with with people walking in on you then this is the place for you!

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. I wouldn't take my shoes off it was SO dirty. the paint was peeling off the walls. The vanity was falling apart. The frig looked like it was taken out of a old dorm room. We only stayed 4 hours and we had to leave. It was so noise and the bed was like sleeping on a board with springs poking you.

I disliked everything about this place. The staff was rude, the rooms were filthy and old and none of the outlets worked. If I could give this motel a lower review than 1 out of 5 stars I would. It is the worst place I have every stayer in.

I made reservations and requesting a smoking room. When I arrived, I was put into a non-smoking room and I had to sign a document stating if I smoked in the room, I would have to pay $200.00. I was outraged and complained until they conveniently found a smoking room with holes in the "whirlpool tub, stopped-up toliet, holes in the walls, springs coming out of the bed into my back, torn down curtains, and dirty towels. I advise you not to stay at this hotel if you want your sanity while on vacation.

The service we received from the front desk was first rate. Everyone was always willing to answer any of our questions, and to offer any assistance we needed. The room was very clean and had all the ammenties one could ask for: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, (and my spouse and my favorite) a whirlpool. Our room had a king size bed, and it was very comfortable. It was worth every penny we spent to stay there, and would definitely stay there again. We definetly recommend this place to travelers.
