We will be back!!!

My family and I stayed here for just a little get away and we enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean, the pool and hot tub was also. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well. When we decide to come back to Coldwater, we will be staying here. The staff was very nice, and the place for the most part was very quiet, the only thing I would say needs to be fixed is the 2nd floor door by the gameroom. I kept hearing it slam when people would go in and out. Other than that, no complaints here!

Great Place to stay!

We wanted to take our children on a mini get a way - but couldn't travel far. We decided to stay at the Comfort Inn in Coldwater, MI. We made a perfect choice. Let me just say the staff was great! The pool area was great, we could comfortabley watch our kids while they were in the pool, and also have a cocktail by the pool bar. Breakfast was fairly good to. They had fruit cups that my children enjoyed, plus waffles that they could make theself. Also thier game room was great, we even played a round of pool with the kids. A good time was had by the whole family. We will certaintly be back.

I brought my kids here while on leave from the army. The hot tub was broke,no towels for the pool or the room,the rec area had'nt been cleaned the table tops were dirty and the floor had'nt been vacummed. The upside of our stay was we had the place to ourselves, and the service at the resturaunt was fantastic, even though the food itself was average.

Excellent Overall

This hotel is actually both unique and pleasant. It has a wonderful open recreational area, which is all surrounded by pool-side rooms for a great view of the interior. The roof is beautifully designed with sky-lights allowing the sun and moon light to beam down into the wide interior. They do have a restaurant, though I would not suggest eating at it; the food is fairly mediocre. The outside area is nice to take a stroll around as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for that comforting and warm feeling of relaxation.

Love this place!

The staff at this hotel is great. They try thier best to help whatever situatuin may arise. The past owner is now gone and they have really done alot to try to restore the hotel. Three cheers to you that stuck it out with the loser before. May you have a wonderful beautiful new place to call your hotel!

WORST OF THE WORST

I travel quite abit and stopped in this "Ramada" figuring this would be a decent motel. It may have been a excellent motel 30 years ago. This is the worst motel I stayed in and that was only 1 night, we moved to the Holiday Inn. Dirty is the main word for everything there. I am surprise theat Ramada assocites its name with such a dump.

Worst Hotel Ever!

I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. It was dirty with mold growing on the room walls and on the matresses. The spa and pool area were run down and dirty. The restaurant was dirty and the food was too digusting to eat. The property is so badly maintained it should be condemned. The staff was the worst ever. They were not only unprofessional they were rude and did not seem to have a clue what the words "customer service" means.
