Heritage Inn, Brinkley

The room was avertised for 29.95 and when I checked in asked for the 1st floor due to disability,was charged double the price. when questioned about the price they said it was more exspensive for the 1st floor. Told them I was going somewhere else they pointed to the sign that said no refunds.The desk clerk was exyremely rude!!! Room was really dirty not vacuumed. no blankets on bed,no coffee pot,or anything else. very very upset with the place will never return and will complain to triple AAA and better business bureau.

Should have been alerted when we checked in and there was a sign behind the receptionist that said 'Absolutely no refunds!' Our room was sponge painted dark purple and black. The toilet leaked. The tub/shower backed up and was moldy. No soap provided. No drinking glasses. No clock/alarm. The TV quit working halfway thru the evening. The only redeeming quality was...it was cheap!
