Great stay!

Our son has been going to school at UND for the last 3 years. During that time, my husband and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We have had double and single rooms and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are extremely clean and the service has been excellent. For us, the location is excellent, as it is very close to UND and the price can't be beat. The only time we stay anywhere else in Grand Forks is when there are no vacancies here.
 
 
 
 
 
Watch your rate

Nice place to stay but was quoted one price when I booked my room and when I checked in the rate was higher than what I was given. Check in said it was due to events in the city and informed me all the motels were booked so I had to pay the higher rate. I was not impressed with this although their higher rate is still reasonable the principle was/is I was quoted a lower price of $38.99 plus tax then charged $50.99 plus tax so watch your charges! This has happened twice to me at this motel!! Not an encouraging thing to have happen.

bad experience

we were charged for a bedspread that they said we burned a hole in. We were in a no smoking room as WE DO NOT SMOKE. They added this amount to our credit card after we were gone. We live in Canada so too far to go back to plead our case. They will not listen to anything we have to say. Not a good place to stay.
 
 
 
 
 
Best Value Inn is definitely the Best Value

I stayed at the Best Value Inn in Grand Forks ND for almost a week. I really enjoyed thier hospitality and superior customer service. All thier staff from the front desk attendant to the housekeepers were all courteous and went out of thier way to help my family and I. I will definitely stay here when I return to Grand Forks.

I really enjoyed staying at the Best Vaule Inn. It's a very clean, friendly environment, and a good place to stay for your dollar. I would recomend it!

GRAND FORKS BEST VALUE

I found the desk staff to be very courtious. I was looking for an economy hotel and stumbled into their lobby, where I was attended to quickly. The rooms while slightly dated, were clean and comfortable. Staffing of the desk twenty-four hours was a convienence, allowing for early check-ins, and check-outs.
