Cheap Hotel

Well, were do I start...The rooms are OLD...the beds uncomfy...television has static at the top of it...no plug in close to the bed...blankets have holes in them...i can hear everything going on outside...no refrigerator or microwave...30 tv channels and 15 are news and sports...smells like stale smoke...shall I go on? Super cheap to stay there but I guess u get what u pay for....

Filthy, rude, disgusting.

Nasty, dirty, smelly, beat up rooms and then about Staff ( front office ), I have no idea where they digged them up. Do not, I mean do not stay there, you are better off sleeping in your car.

DIsgusting

While cheap, this hotel was disgusting. I'm a bare bones girl. But I don't appreciate a hotel room resonating in stale cigarette smoke (non smoking room), water damage, dented walls, peeling wallpaper, and holey ceilings. My air fan unit didn't work...no blowdryer or iron (my fault I guess, I should have checked). DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT!!!

If you don't mind rude staff...

The staff was just about as unprfessional and snotty as they could be. The room was clean and acceptable, considering the pricing. The staff was worthless. We tried to find directions when our GPS went out and found the staff totally inept, even though we were 5 miles from the hotel. They laughed at our situation and one guy started complaining about us! The gal who checked us in at 1am was rude and unconsiderate. We were tired after driving 3.5 hours, then working 7 hours at a private event and just wanted to sleep. She yelled at me for buzzing the call bell, then proceeded to tell me off. I couldn't believe it. If I hadn't prepaid for the room online, I would've walked-out. The room was acceptable. We left later at 8am, so I cannot comment on anything further.

It should be torn down

My Family were traveling to Peoria from Chicago for a Birthday Party. We booked 3 rooms at $75.00 each. The box spring was all ripped and filthy, the blanket had stains. At about 3 Am. someone knocked at the door and almost gave me and my Daughter a heart attach. Also it was 90 and the air conditioner was in need of repairs. Never again would I stay at any Red Roof Inn.

Cheap Sleep!

Plain hard budget room with no room amenitities, except for the small plastic wrapped glass, bar soap, and individual servings of a knockoff of Kleenex. Tiny tv with no channel selection. Reasonably clean. OK AAA rate, although Super 8 next door was about same price with a coupon from a motel travel guide.
