Catoe Villa, Myrtle Beach

I was totally psyched to stay at this place after reading the reviews. Unfortunately "they tore it down and they're putting up Condos." I finally found a number and I guess that was the former owners.

Great Place to stay, close to everything including The Pavillion. Great nightlife and beach coming. The motel is very neat and clean, access is limited due to construction next door.

Catoe Villa, the place to stay. This hotel has the best "room lay-out" equipped with a mini kitchen/microwave. Very large window for viewing the ocean...(no airplane window!) while reading in bed,just turn your head. The cleanest rooms I've seen. everything you need for entertainment is a "walk away" and the nicest people own the place. You can also expect a little peace and quiet while your here. CHECK THEM OUT!

Family ran...good people to stay with. Any problems are taken care of instantly. Good security system, rooms have Safes with a key only you have (so don't lose the KEY).

18 years is how far my memories go back of vacations at Catoe Villa. I have taken different family members and friends through the years. My 2 children onw is is 18 and one 14 love Catoe Villa. We have stayed at nicer motels but we always come back to this one. We have enjoyed seeing the same faces at the motel each year with family running it. My mother loves going with us there. I am 40 now and was just 22 my 1st stay with Catoe Villa. It is small and you do not have to fight to get a chair at the pool. Rooms are clean.
