Americas Best Value Inn, Princess Anne

We stayed in this hotel recently - the staff was courteous, the room clean - but they should NOT advertise free continental breakfast. Yes, they had coffee, and hot water for tea - but not much else. One container of cereal and three mini cinnamon rolls. No toast, no muffins, no bagels or juice - nothing that would be expected from a very BASIC continental breakfast. That was a little disappointing. It would not stop me from staying here again - but if you are expecting a continental breakfast - FORGET IT.

I made reservations at Best Value Inn-Princess Anne Maryland in August 2006 for 2 rooms arriving September 23, 2006. I called back and cancelled the rooms on September 9, 2006; On September 26, $153.90 was charged to my credit card for the cost of the rooms. I called the hotel and explained that the rooms had been cancelled on September 9th and my credit card was charged on September 23, 2006 at 8:31am for the amount would they please reimburse my credit card. They had no record of me canceling the room and my account will not be credited for the amount of $153.90. Don't make reservations there unless your 100% sure you will be staying, if you cancel you will be charge anyway.
