Tropical Manor Motel, Daytona Beach Shores

this is one of the most colorful and fun hotels ive ever been to in my life, it was my familys first time at any hotel on daytona beach, exept the jamakin, now call ed la breeze. it was a wonderfull experiance compared to la breeze, since the hotel is run down seince new people own it. there pool is clean, warm, and fun. i love it!!!!!!!!!

I hated it the place was disgusting. No wonder it had such a good price. DONT go there. The service was not good and the people at the front desk were not very helpful.

Our family has been going to Tropical Manor since 1963. We have also taken the grandchild to start his experience there. The owner, management and staff are the best people you can find anywhere. We will be heading back again this year and can't wait to get there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff remembers who you are from year to year and makes you want to come back.

I was totally not pleased with the service received in the very short time we stayed. We decided to check out early because of the roo conditions, and had a very rude person at the desk for check out. Will not stay AGAIN at this place!!!!! Only thing nice was the location to the beach!!!

the owner lives on site and was a great host dj on certain nights at pool side was the best we loved this place!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This is the place best to stay when visiting Daytona. The rooms are neat, clean and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and always helpful. It is only minutes from downtown but far away enough that you won't be bothered by noise. Being on the beach-side, for the family, it cannot be beat. You do not have to drive to the beach or try to cross the busy highway. You are within walking distance of a grocery and all-night convenient store. Very nice if your room has kitchenette.

We have been going here every year for a good while and it is so great. The rooms are beautiful and colorful. they are very clean. The swimming pool is great. I would recomend this hotel to everyone!

This motel is a small, homey alternative to the large hotels on Daytona Beach with a relaxed, laid back style that is relaxing and inviting. The pool is beautiful, warm and kept very clean and is just a few steps away from one of the best beaches in the country. The motel is laid out on differerent levels which makes you feel you are not "on top of" anyone else. My only complaint was that our 2 bedroom suite had only one bathroom. We stayed one week but could have easily stayed much longer.

We liked eveything. It's like a small home and the people that work their are friendly. You can swim in the pool or walk the beach. We are hoping to get a room for Octoberfest 2005 as always.

We loved the artwork on the walls and we loved the fact that our room had a view of the ocean. We couldnt have asked for more. We visited in 1999
