Horrible Customer Service!

When I booked this room, I was clear about my requirement of having a full ocean view. The owner assured me it was a full view and I booked my room. When I arrived and checked in, I went to my room and discovered that my full view was a "partial view" as it was obstructed by the other wing of the motel. My full view was actually a 1/4 view. When I complained to the owner, he was very rude, telling me to sit on the lawn if I wanted a full view. When I complained about this poor customer service attitude, he told me he didn't care about my problems he had his own. I refused to stay at this hotel because of the owner's horrible attitude, and when I requested a refund (I had been there all of five minutes) he refused, did not give me a receipt and told me to "get out". Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, and I paid for this treatment! Disgusting!
