Terrible management, discusting place.
I tried to book this hotel, and to make a long story short, the mangement was extremely rude, snide, and treated me like I was in a middle eastern country. I had a reservation in the system since May for an August 2005 arrival. I called in July to confirm the reservation, and the lady that answered, without any provocation, became very snide and rude. She kept repeating the same thing over and over (that I need to bring an ID, etc to get special rate, etc.), and I kept calmly answering her questions over and over. She hung up on me 4 times!!!! No joke. No insults or remarks from me at all. After I called back the last time, I got her "manager", who was probably her husband. He was twice as rude. When I asked him if my reservation was still valid, he looked into his "book" and said, I only had one room on my confirmation (I reserved 2!!!). I simply asked, what happened to my other room, and he acused me of only booking one, and made comments such as "what you going to do, kill me?" in a heavy accent. I had confirmed this reservation 30 minutes prior with his rude employee. He had nothing but snide remarks that nobody in a service job should EVER utter from their mouth. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a motel. PLEASE, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS!!! THEY DON'T APPRECIATE IT, AND ARE ONLY IN BUSINESS FOR THEMSELVES. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
