Would DEFINITELY stay there again and again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/24/08
After my second stay there while visiting King of Prussia, I would unequivocally recommend The Holiday Inn Express in KOP again and again!! There were even chocolate chip cookies available at checkin!! Over our 3-day stay, the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, the suite very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The two minor problems we had with the bathroom supply and dead TV remote batteries were addressed instantly. The complimentary continental breakfast is outstanding and again the staff pleasant and responsive. The hotel is across from the King of Prussia mall, numerous restaurants and connecting highways -- convenient to QVC Studios, Longwood Gardens (Kennett Square) and Winterthur in Delaware. Other "perks" include 24-hour coffee/tea (and fruit!) and available internet in the lobby area. Definitely a place I'd book in the future.

Prom
By Louis, 06/18/07
I suggest never stay here around prom night. My fiancee and me didn't get much sleep do to unruley kids. There was only 1 elevator in operation.

Don't go!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/09/06
Bathroom had BUGS! Flushed the toilet and it filled the bathtub with sewer water! Staff uncaring and unconcerned. Overall the room was very dirty and fixtures were falling apart (t.v not working, lamp broken, etc.)

Skip It
By Johosephat, 02/08/06
Because my requested room type was unavailable, I was given an 'upgrade' to a suite. I am thankful for that, however my appreciation for this hotel ends there. The receptionist was cool, the elevators appear to be pre-WWII, the carpet on the seventh floor should have been replaced several years earlier, and breakfast room was late to open. To top it off, the TV reception was poor for the Flyers game! Argh!

A good hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/01/05
The hotel was good. The service was good. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had problems checking in and checking out because we booked through Yahoo. At check in, they wanted us to give them a credit card to pay for the room. I had to explain that the room was already paid for and when the manager came out, he explained that we did not need to give a credit card. When we checked out, they had problems in the system and it took about 10 minutes.
