Barton's Motel, Laconia

nice an clean,pool an a lake to swim in,close to everything,lots to see an do,will stay there every time we are in the area,

i have been going to bartons since i was 3 years old every year and my kids now 28 have been brought up there friendly, family atmospher

For over 30 years (that I know of), my family has stayed at this motel. One thing that you can count on is an immaculate room and well-maintained grounds. The swimming beach and surrounding area are great for kids and family. You will have beautiful views of Paugus Bay. The pool is where I learned to swim and always wanted to stay there versus the lake! You have close proximity to the Weirs area without being in the mainstream along with many other attractions within an hours drive. I love and miss this place and can't wait to take my kids there someday.

Our entire family has been staying at Barton's Motel every year for the past twenty years or so. The Barton's are wonderful people. They always make sure our stay is enjoyable. A great place to bring the children. The McNish & Dobrowski families.

We have stayed at Barton's for over 30 years and always come back - even if it's been a few years. The grounds are kept beautifully and the beach on the lake is ideal for children - far away from the road and plenty of room for children to play. The sandy beach is so nice - with it gradually getting deep - no drop off. Our children learned to swim in the pool and we have very fond memories of many nice vacations there.
