Perfect Maine Vacation Spot

I would suggest this location to anyone who would like to enjoy peaceful family oriented lodging. We have been frequenting the SCI since the early 1990s and have watch our children grow up over the years vacationing on the Main coast. The few years we were unable to visit left an empty feeling that was filled when we returned. The staff have always gone out of their way for us and the location is perfect. It is quiet but close enough to Booth Bay Harbor and other attractions to provide a variety of avaiable vacation activities. The bay is perfect for swimming, kayaking and boating. The area is perfect to ride my bicycle and take lesiurely walks with my loved ones and the ocean is nearby. I hope my son and daughter-in-law joins us this summer (2008) at the SCI and that they bring our new grandchild. A continuation of a nice family tradition.

7 years and going

My family and I have been staying here for 7 years. My Mother flies in from PA and we drive up together from MA. Every year it gets better. The new management is incredible. They do everything possible to make sure that you have the best vacation possible. The property manager Toni is the most helpful and gracious person I have ever encountered at any resort. And I have been to the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Cape Cod, Cape May, etc. Never have I known a more willing to please manager and staff as those at Smugglers Cove. The rooms are comfortable. The view is breathtaking. The restaurant is very good. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I highly recommend it.
