nice rooms, but wouldn't go back

Very disappointed with the service and staffs ability to handle problems. My credit card was charged after leaving for mini bar items that were not taken; when trying to fix that and other problems the staff were very unwilling to accommodate. We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival, not sure what was so deluxe about it, but the room was very nice none the less. Good location but would expect more from such a large international hotel chain.
