Hahndorf Resort & Convention Centre, Paechtown

The staff were rude or just ignored you. The room was clean which is the best you can say about it. The carpet was comming up and was easy to trip over. The blind would not go down and the curtains would not meet in the middle. The fridge was open and everything would have been hot if there was anything in there. Not even a jug of water! Since the fridge was left open the built up ice in the freezer section all fell out onto the floor.The kettle wouldnt even fit under the tap in the bathroom to be filled. There was no information in the room at all, on either the resort or the local area. As we were from interstate this would have been a big help for us. The bed was the worst how anyone could get a good nights sleep on that is beyond me, and to top it off we could hear the people talking in the next room keeping us awake.
