Mutiara Johor Bahru, Johor Baharu

I used to stay in Mutiara Hotel quite often but the service and room facilities there were not as good. After more improvements such as renovation in rooms.. although the services could be better such as quickness ,etc. ( last time i visited was during Chinese New Year and there were much more customers coz the parking lot were quite full)

Other than slow in service everything else is pretty decent. I believe this one of the best in JB altough the building looks quite old. Should be enjoy you stay there ...

This hotel is conveniently located in town. Easy access to major shopping centers and less than 10 minutes to the Singapore-Malaysia causeway. The Front Office manager Sam is very accommodating and helpful. Even though the hotel is old, the staff there is friendly especially the concierge.The pool is rather small and the pool area does not have enough trees. It gets very windy there.The railway tracks is right behind the hotel but get the front view room and you wont hear a thing.

the services. cleaniness, the rate is much more higher than expected.... and so on basically no more next time!! the surroundings is very bad the traffic is even worse!!

our family stayed in several hotels in johor and overall this one was the best. Actually the only reason it was great because we were lucky enough to land us a suite. The suite was really nice. Although we got the backside of the hotel view. it was great. The service was great also. The manager himself showed us the way up to our room as if we were a celebrity. The service was very nice. They would ask if we needed help as if they were clothes salesmen. The service, location and cleanliness was great.
