worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/30/07
I thought the hotel was very smelly and untidy. it was extremely dissapointing as i was looking forward to staying at this hotel. The service was outragious and the rooms were a disgrace. It ruined my time in tokyo and i would never consider returning to this hotel again.

Service!
By JeffB, 9/8/04
These guys know how to treat their customers. I was travelling with some folks from our German office. When we were greeted at the reception desk people appeared to assist each of us in our native language - seamlessly without skipping a beat. This continued with calls, later, to the front desk - each of us was greeted in our language without having to speak first. I found this remarkable and really only a small part of the wonderful treatment we received throughout the week we were at their hotel.

Typical Japanese hotel with small rooms
By Peech, 7/14/06
ANA is a hotel for those going to Tokyo on business trips. The rooms are not particularly big. The location is convenient, and the service is fairly good. The hotel has a few good restaurants, including Akasaka for teppanyaki.

SOLID!!
By Superballs, 2/26/10
Back in 2008, I took a trip to Japan for my first time. I stayed at this hotel and was amazed by the building, staff and location. I had a room facing Tokyo Tower and it was an awesome view. I just love the amazing staff and their customer service. I never waited for anything less than a minute. I have never experienced that kind of service anywhere else. I highly place this hotel as one of the places to stay if it is in your budget. ANA is beyond awesome...it is SOLID!!

ANA Hotel
By Elisabeth, 9/7/04
Hotel caters to Japanese, but rooms are all Western style. Very well located and in walking distance to the night-life in Roppongi. Has great views from almost all rooms (ask for a room above the 21st floor!)

Great Service - Good Location
By Islander, 4/24/08
I stayed at the ANA IC on a recent business trip to Tokyo. It was my first trip to Tokyo, and I found the location to be excellent. Walking distance to the Imperial Palace and several Shrines and Parks. Short cab ride to Tokyo Tower and most central Tokyo attractions. The service was excellent - the entire staff went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. Most importantly to me was the key staff members spoke English, including housekeeping. The facilities are very good and I found everything to be clean and updated. The restaurant was great. The pastry shop, however, was disappointing in that you could not get a coffee with your croissant. There is a Starbucks a short walk down the street, but an ever better local coffee joint next door. I arrived at the peak of the cherry blossoms. What a bonus! The streets surrounding the hotel are lined with cherry trees and form a canopy of blossoms over the roads. What an amazing sight, and the smell was intoxicating. Highly recommended. I'm staying here next time I return to Tokyo!
