The Colonial Tandjung Sari hotel, with only 29 conial villas, might not be the most economical place to stay, but IF you have a budget its the best at Sanur beach. Service is the best you can get, the whole staff is doing everything to make your stay as comfertable as possible. One small complain will be treated with all respect and the best they can do for you. Garderners doing your private garden, waiters(esses) teatibng you like a king, daily staff cleans your room, open and closing your curtains and klamboo, inspecting and spraying your room for cucarachas and other tiny creatures. Rooms are as if you are still in the colonial period before 1945, antiques and all located in a beautiful garden each with their own private garden area. The breakfast is simple but good, lunch and dinner are yummy ... Indonesian food. The open restaurant, covered under trees where squirls playing, is located at their own beach area. The beach is widely with lots of space and private wooden beds, seats and wooden white/cotton umbrellas. They offer wireless internet connection for free. Cute romantic pool hidden in the garden close to the beach under the trees. Twice a week the local Balineese dance students, age from 4 till 16, are having their lessons near the restaurant and open for everyone who is interested to look. They also perform in Tandjungs restaurant every Saturday during a buffet dinner. I must say: an absolute top hotel to have a great time in Bali Indonesia. For me, the best from what I have seen in this area when you love to stay in a cozy small romatic personal hotel
