Too expensive

I had put my client from UK in this hotel sometime back and, I really wished I did not do so.
First was the decor. For a hotel which claims to be 5 Star, it has rooms simliar to a 1-star or 2-star hotel. Most of the furnishing are outdated (not maintained)and you could easiliy see the detoriation on the walls. During the next day, my client found a nest perched on top of his cupboard. Very interesting!. The hotel is just too overpriced.
I believe its best suited as a government guest house rather a 5-Star hotel
