Good Hotel
By z z, 09/08/09
Excellent size room, beautiful bathrooms with marble throughout (with separate tub), good water pressure, large over-sized towels, tons of free toiletries and beautifully decorated. Location was good, wonderful views of the city, 120 volt plugs, California King with a nice mattress, soft comforter and plenty of cushy pillows. I found the staff to be responsive and attentive to my needs. Breakfast was a mix of western and Chinese and would recommend a bowl of rice noodles! I would definitely stay again.

You will like what they did with the place!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/08
The newly renovated atrium restaurant can be seen all the way up to the top floors from the glasshouse style elevators. Very cool. Also, the club and shopping area is located on the lower level so you can party like a rock star or shop, then go upstairs and not hear the slightest thump thanks to the sound proofing and layout. The food was OK but everything had a certain eastern flair to it even the american dishes. Rooms were immaculately designed with leather and wood everywhere.

Funky..next door. :) In between 3 California Fitness Gyms. Excellent location, food is easy to find as well. Very centralised location. Wat else can u ask for???? Hotel services is great. The gym is so-so though so don ask for too much. The price thou is expensive, as are most 5 star hotels.

Sheraton
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/12/06
This hotel is GREAT for the western traveler. COMFORTABLE beds (not your typiical ROCK HARD mattress' found in asian hotels, quiet rooms, cool air conditioning, HIGH quality fixtures throughout room and hotel. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Taipei. I found the mini-bar well stocked with an assortment of food and beverage. 24 hour room service. Nautilus equipment, sauna, and pool and sun deck on top of hotel is free from shadows of other building.

My Favorite Stay
By Richard Pettingill, 08/25/05
If you are part of the starwood program, then you can't beat the Taipei Sheraton for a visit to Taipei. It is fairly central in the city and has great service and amenities.
