Definitely was a pleasant place to stay! My room view was great and so was the breakfast! If any of u wanna save money on it tho I'd suggest using SweetHotelDeals. Net They have some really good prices on there!!

Overall very nice hotel and pleasant staff. Wonderful pool and gym to keep your healthy! I enjoyed the surroundings and garden. Great Friday buffets. Not far from the centre of town and you can walk it during daytime.

Excellent facilities; especially compared to most developing countries I frequent. Will honor government rates if asked. Secure, very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Lush landscaping, several restaurants (excellent iced coffees), a beautiful pool, great gym, live music on the weekends, typical overpriced souvenir and sundries shops. Concierge services, spa/salon, laundry, wake-up calls, in room minibar w/ coffee pot, A/C, wi-fi internet, etc. Very comfortable. Current service charge 10% plus 16% VAT. Good place for females traveling alone.

This palce is off the hook.I'm just 19 but i've been going to this hotel since God know's when and its still keeps on getting better by the moment. From the house keeping to the food to the pool, not mentioning th ewalking are especially at night.My dad loes that place so much!He takes most of his business associates there.SO anyone who hasn't gone to Serena is missing so much!!I love your milkshakes since I was a liitle girl I've loved that place in fact it was the first hotel I actuallly mention it the name(seriously). Traveling with a group from Elderhostel, we spent our first two nights in Africa at the Narobi Serena. It is a beautiful facility with an outstanding staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful with outstanding cuisine and the service is unbeatable. I hope to go back again.

Clean, comfortable, great restaurants and great staff!! They were efficiant and friendly.....rooms are clean and spacious and the gym is great....I loved the pool too!!! I will definitly come back to this hotel/ hotel group....Thank you Serena.

I have spent many a night at the Nairobi Serena Hotel as I have business in Kenya. It is one of the finest hotels that I've stayed in around the world. The staff exists to please the guest and the grounds and location are wonderful!
