Thi Hotel was well located near the Old City (short cab ride). Don't pay extra for he upgraded rooms with a view of the Old City, the rooms tend to be tight and the view not so great. Their is a nice roof area to hang out and relax with the views of Jerusalem Old and New. The breakfast was up to Israels standards, but they have to stop playing with the coffee! The fancy machine was nice but too slow to handle more then one at a time backing things up if you need that cup right away. The staff was accommodating making sure they got your request correct.

To begin with I'd like to say that I was a bit dissapointed with the people in Jerusalem. I did not consider they were friendly. However the staff in this hotel made me change my thoughts completely. When I arrived I consdidered the place was pleasant: nice rooms, nice terrace, breakfast wonderfull, I've been to many hotels as I'm a cabin crew and this one was not very different from the others I've been. But What makes this hotel special is the staff .I left a lot of money in the safe box and I remembered after one day I checked out. When I came back to the hotel I realiazed how professional they were. They gave all my money back! As I said before, I've been to many hotels and I was afraid they kept the money as it hapened to me before. But they did not. I will deffinately recommend this hotel, not only for the nice rooms and service but for the staff, which you can trust!!!
