Spring Hotel Bitacora, Adeje

When we arrived it was hot hot hot, on recieving our keys the first impression we had was that of spaciousness and cleanliness. We had a walk around the pool area and again the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was very impressive. Going to our first evening meal was even more impressive, as we walked in the staff greated us and took us to a table of our choice. The food was absolutely sumptious, I had wonderfully cooked fresh salmon, oysters, filled advocado pear, and each evening it changed. Also there were lusciously cooked huge roast beefs, legs of pork and lamb calved before our eyes. The show cooking was also available for fresh fish of all description, huge steaks, chops ect: Everything was very well cooked and everywhere spotlessly clean. When we had finished one dish the empty plates were scoooped up immediately, ready for our next. Breakfasts were just the same wonderful filled omelettes of ham,mushroom,cheeses, peppers, cooked while you wait and also sausages,bacon, eggs, beans, fresh fruit, tomatoes. I will stop could go on for ever. Outside by the pool although there were one or two early risers saving thier sunbeds this did not spoil the experience as there were plents of beds and umberellas to be had. super pool bar which served snacks ect, plus games, sports and fashion show around the pool area. The Bitacora is positioned perfectly, you can reach the bars, discos in fact the hub of all activities if you require them in about 5mins but they do not intrude upon the quiet and privacy that this hotel supplies. Built on a flat area with lovely walks to los christianos and the other end torviscas. I can only say this hotel can only be defined as perfection.
