Hotel Mundial, Lisbon

Have been greeted by an unsmiling guy at the reception who looked like i was personally tormenting him by existing."Single" room is VERY small,with some old-style tv that doesnt get any english speaking channels. the bed in the "single" room is actually a hostel-style junior bed ,and very hard at that parking space is AWFUL! could hardly get a small car in! close to centre,but the location itself is right next a gathering of pretty wierd types

octopus salad was very nice the view from restaurant was very nice the lobby was small the breakfast saloon was fairly good(on the first floor) the staff was very friendly and helpfull

We stayed in hotel Mundial for five days. The hotel is in the center of the city with all kind of transportation right outside the hotel. Ther standard of the romm was good. Great breakfast. The so called "free meal" for staying more than four days was poor. The internet in the lobby was expencive and of poor quality.
