Will go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/17/08
The room was small but very nice, the complimentary wifi saved me money on contacting people back home. The full english breakfast was out of this world, many choices and delicious. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Will always want to stay there. Was very clean.

Don't stay here!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/23/07
The Radisson Kenilworth Hotel was HORRIBLE. I stayed there for one night only with my family, we booked 2 rooms,,, we arrived around 9:00 a.m and they told us our rooms wouldnt be ready until an hour, an hour later our room wasn't ready, then they said they needed another hour, an hour later they said it would be ready after an hour,,,,then they changed their story and said our rooms would be ready by 2:00 and that check in time is always at 2 !! At 1:30 we were able to check into only one room since the other was still not available, I had to call the receptionist and ask for my suitcases to be bought to my room and she said she wanted my ticket number which i couldnt find ,,when i informed her that i didnt know it she said she couldnt help me !!! It took them a whole hour to give me my suitcases,, I was also informed that check out time was 11:30 a.m,,The rooms itself were o.k. the service was terrible,,,the location was great though,,,However Im sure you can find better hotels in the same area.

Name is the best part
By Babz, 5/20/05
I decided to check out after one night, because my room was unacceptably small, by any standards. And I booked directly through the hotel, not through a discounnted package deal, so it was far from bargain priced. The room amenties were nice, but did not make up for having to step over my suitcase to get from the bed to the floor. The staff was neither helpful or friendly. To call them rude would not be accurate because they would have actually had to interact with me to be rude. When I told them I was checking out, they simple shrugged and handed me my bill. It is a good location, fortunately near plenty of other hotels that appreciate your business.

Home Away From Home
By tinylion55, 5/16/05
From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like old friends! Hotel staff first rate, as were the rooms. Attractive decor, spotless bathrooms, good amenities. Location was terrific---near, but not too near, all of London's major attractions. Walking distance to British Museum. Highly recommended.

Never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/15/04
You have to cancel three days in advance, or be charged the entire amount. I emailed my cancellation to the address given to me and was still charged the total price, plus taxes. After researching, I realized they do not read their emails. This is probably an ok hotel IF you have no problems or don't need to talk to someone. They are not helpful, to say the least.

Great Location
By Maren, 8/31/04
The Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth is in a great location right near the Tottenham Court Road Tube Station and is walking distance to Oxford Street, shops and theaters. The hotel is very clean, air-conditioned and the bathrooms are all modern - the rooms can be somewhat small; however, there are larger rooms available upon request.
