Hotel Lancaster, Paris

This was my very first stay at the Lancaster, and I have never felt so welcomed anywhere before! From the moment I arrived, a lovely gentleman who introduced himself as "Errol" kindly helped me with my baggage. I was then introduced to a wonderful man, who is the hotel's lead concierge, named Mr. Eric Lemaire. He made my stay so extraordinary, above and beyond all expectations possible! After checking me in, I was given a personal tour of the hotel, and then lead up to suite 66. An unexpected upgrade, with two beautiful white marble powder rooms, a lovely balcony, a luxurious and spacious lounge, and a glorious bedroom fit for a princess! This hotel is Parisian charm mixed with the contemporary essentials at it's very finest! The staff is warm, welcoming, and tremendously helpful. Absent is that overbearing or insincere feeling that other fine hotels can sometimes give. Even the charming gentleman in the evening at the desk with the mustache was so attentive! I sincerely look forward to seeing them again! I highly suggest the delicious breakfast... I am not a "morning person" however, without even asking, arrangements were automatically made for me! Where else would such an exquisite detail be made? Mr. Lemaire even allowed me to practice my lousy French with him, and did not make me feel shy or silly in the least! J' Adore the Lancaster!

We started in Munich and ended up here- loving every bit of the 2 week trip. The Lancaster was convenient, quite, clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing!!! I highly recommend the Lancaster to anyone traveling to Paris- I know when I go back, that's where I'll be.

Even though my stay in Paris was not what I hoped for, I longed to be back in my room. The room was lush and comfortable! It was the best part of my stay because the service and attitude of the staff was absolutely wonderful! If you go to Paris and never leave your room, then you have been to the finest part of the city. The in-room food service was sheer perfection! The room was tidy and the hotel is located in the most ideal location to experience Paris! First class hotel all the way! If I ever return to Paris, I will only stay there.

Everything with this small boutique hotel is excellent, superb, refined, elegant, brilliant and just lovely. The staff is ALWAYS happy to help (not only because they got paid - they love it) The staff take pride to present their little diamond, it is impeccably clean, tasteful flower arrangements. The feeling that you get in the guest rooms is that you are at a royal palace in Paris. The staff (or your court) treat you like Kings and Queens. Finally, it did not harmed me at all, that one of Paris best restaurants is located in the Hotel.

It was just amazing! Fantastically romantic and beautiful.

If you do want to make an unforgettable trip to Paris, do stay here. The rooms were nice, as was the staff. The hotel is amazing, the design, the location, the food and the small little extra's that they do for you at the hotel, it all made my stay here perfect. Absolutely recommendable.
