Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Copenhagen, Copenhagen

Wonderful location-we had a view overlooking Tivoli. Room was spacious enough for 2 travelers with 6 pieces of luggage and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Alberto K was amazing and the bar was cozy. Will stay here again for sure!

Great room, great breakfast, good help, comfy beds, nice design. No A/C in halls, lots of elevators but they're very tiny, close by a lot of attractions and sites. After staying in hotels in Aarhus and Aalborg, we came to miss this hotel very, very much.

The use of small spaces in unique ways without compromising the architectural quality of the hotel room was one notable feature. We found however that the very small room did not fit our needs. The service was very good and the location is excellent for getting around to great spots in the city. Overall, I liked the hotel very much, but the size of the room would be the factor that influences future stays.

I think that this is experience in Copenhagen was very new and very nice I absolutely had a blast, it was so clean and the rooms were so nice and very warmly like home it was very much of close to perfect.

At check in the staff was very helpfull. We didn't need to say what we wanted everything was ready for us. The only but is that the hotel is a bit older then one woulde expect but the service compensates for that. Wonderful hotel

Having stayed there before it was great to return. Alot of staff there who still remembered me, Mr. Sekkal and Ms. Minja at the desk. Mr. Sekkal is like all who've met him a worldclass concierge - nothing that can�t be arranged. You really just love the cool functionalistic design, pay the extra to upgrade to a Royal Club corner room with view towards Tivoli, simply amazing to take a bath/shower with a view. now they even have Nespresso machines in these rooms. And then you get breakfast included on 20th. Also housekeeping is fantastic, very clean rooms and bathrooms. And the turndown ladies are very entertaining and friendly. Then you should not miss an evening in Alberto K, Werner the sommelier is outstanding - probably the best restaurant in Denmark. Don�t wait - GO!

It's not a five star hotel. The rooms are VERY noisy: I stayed at the 16th floor and I heard every car passing on the street. Some things look very old (TV, lifts), in the corridors there's no air conditioning. Standard rooms are little, the furniture are minimal. The breakfast is super.

It's a Radisson, so you expect something special, but I was surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The concierge was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and getting reservations, suggesting a walking route when I was too late to catch the bus tours, and so on. The decor and rooms are very Europe modern - lots of blond wood, light panels inset in the walls, minimalist furniture (somewhere between hip moderne and Austin Powers). This is a five-minute walk to the train station, and the tour that the concierge mapped out covered most of the really interesting sights of central Copenhagen. It was enough to whet my appetite to go back and spend some serious time there. Free breakfast, and an amazing free gym - very clean, modern equipment. Free internet in every room! Don't be scared by the price - they seem to give discounts for just about any reason (AAA, off-season, short notice, etc)
