Terrible Service!

Our group had 7 rooms, so my comments are not just based on our experience, but those of others in our group. We stayed for 4 days, refrig. never worked even though we told them daily and they said it would be "fixed right-away", or "they were on their way to fix". Refrig. also didn't work for two other rooms, same experience. TV didn't work for another, same experience.
It took 2 days to get shampoo, I finally had to chase-down the housekeeping staff.
Upon check-out, every person in our group had mischarges on their bill, and the language barrier made it difficult to resolve. Our room (as with others) were not given mini-bar selections, yet they managed to charge us for mini-bar items on the bill.
Their New Year Eve celebration was average at best. Party started at 8:00, and they ran-out of wine and coffee (yes coffee - this is COSTA RICA) by 9:30.
When we checked-in, a woman at the front desk screamed "this is the worst hotel I've stayed-at". This was by far the worst service experience I witnessed or ourselves and others in the group.
