Likes Room clean and comfortable Food very good Dislikes On some days the towels not replaced. Cleaner just said the had "run out". Reported blocked sink not attended to. Birds could enter restaurant and eat your food if you left the table for a short time. Swimming pool had grey scum all round and children were getting ear infections. Reception area little more than a shed. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Most times had to wait a very long time for a buggy. No fire escape from upstairs disco. Some lights in the road were broken exposing the electrical fittings to the rain. Some older people I saw in tears over the place.It was supposed to be their holiday of a lifetime. A British Airways Stewardess told me she was "mortified" by the cost of such a shoddy place. Worst of the many worldwide holidays I have had October 1998 I hope they have improved the place
