Perfect for outdoorsy types and aquatic adventurers, this small property offers guest boats to take out on the harbour. As the hotel sits on its own tiny cay, boats are a great convenience, although not a necessity. Sailing is a way of life in Exuma. In fact, the hotel takes its name from a famous Bahamian yachting competition, held annually. In addition to sailing, the management will help to arrange all kinds of scuba-diving and bone fishing excursions. While the rooms are simple, the property is pleasant and lovely, surrounded by tall coconut palms.

Regatta Point and Georgetown perfect together
By , 05/04/05
Regatta Point is just perfect for those who want to get away from it all. A five minute walk into Georgetown, its close enough and far away enough. The owner Nancy was a wonderful hostess. The view from our three balconies was breathtaking. The town had a few restaraunts, a few bars, and some great music. Friday nights bbq at the Two Turtles is a must, dance the night away to a local band. Get over to Stocking Island and visit the Chat and Chill drinks and lunch.
