Temptation Resort Spa, Cancun

This place is not only the best value in Cancun but has great service, staff and food. There is always activties for those who like to keep busy with pool side games, including pool and beach sports. The staff is tons of fun and treat you like family. Trust them to help you have fun. For others who like a quite relaxing time there is a whole side of the hotel with it own pool for relaxing. If you are looking to get out and hit the bars and clubs the hotel has bus trips every night to the hottest spots and Temptations get VIP areas and treatment everywhere you go. If you are going to Cancun to go out to club at night this is the best hotel for you. Skiping the lines and having reserved seating in Cacun is key, big time! Great place for active singles, and young couples.

The room was smelly, beds were hard, bad food, most of the staff were rude and inattentive (front desk and security) except housekeeping staff who were very good. You have to pay $5 usd for 30 mins of internet access. Will never ever go back and recommend that noone else ever does.

My husband and I returned last week from BBG and would never stay there again. We travel several weeks @ year, and have been to Cancun about 15 times. Our room was tacky, the drinks watered down, and some of the staff outright rude. We were only allowed to eat in two of the restaurants, and needed a special one-time only pass to pick one meal at the other three nicer restaurants. I don't see that mentioned in their ads!! I love Mexico, but this time-share place won't get our money/vacation time again.

EVERYTHINK WAS BAD WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO BLUE BAY. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. PICK BETTER PLACE IN CANCUN. AFTER STAING FOR 5 MIN. WE ASK TO MOVE AS TO BLUE BAY CLUB .CLUB MUCH BETTER THEN BAY BUT STILL IT IS NOT 4 STAR PLACE.

coming from a big city blue bay gateaway was a welcome transition. Food, Drinks, and entertainment were good.

I can not believe this is even considered a 4 star resort. It is Ok if you can get it cheap but the food in the buffet was awful. The restaurant was better but seating is limited and only for dinner. The beach was good and my kids enjoyed themselves. The pool is in a funny spot and stays quite cold. A three star at best.

THE OCEAN VIEW ROOM, THE WORKERS THEIR WAS VERY ENTERTAINING. THEY TREATED EVERY ONE LIKE THEY KNEW THEM FOR A LIFETIME. THE ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT WAS A GREAT VACATION FOR ADULTS, IT GIVES YOU A LESSON FOR SAILING , THEN U JUST GET ON AND GO, MY HUSBAND GOT AN EARRING WHILE WE WERE THERE WAITING ON NEXT TIME.. 2006

Front Desk "LUCY" Did know that understood Spanish said "El es dolor en el culo" translates " He is pain in the ass" When I said something to manager noone even came to me everyone else at hotel is 5 star

WE HAD A BALL!!!! GOOD CLEAN ROOMS ALL THE STAFF WAS GREAT...WE WERE LOOKING FOR A WILD ADULT TIME AND WE GOT IT ....MY WIFE WENT TOPPLESS AROUND THE POOL FOR THE FIRT TIME AND FELT COMFORTABLE...WE ARE 43 YO AND THERE WERE ONLY A HANDFULL OF WOMEN THAT SHOULD HAVE KEPT THEIR TOPS ON. EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD TASTE FOR THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT LIKE THESE KIND OF THINGS "DONT GOT TO BBG"! AND YES WE WILL GO BACK.....CANT WAIT
