Temptation Resort Spa, Cancun

This was our second time to this property. The first was 3 years ago when it was called Blue Bay Getaway. Since our first visit they have made some nice improvements while keeping the fun atmosphere the same. The two biggest upgrades were to the rooms and the restuarant food quality. The room was clean and well maintained. We had dinner at all 4 restuarants and enjoyed them all. The buffet was good for breakfast. Although we missed the notorious casino night we did have a lot of adult fun. We spent most of our days at the sexy pool and met dozens of people--very friendly environment. About 3/4of the women were topless with a full spectrum of body types. About a dozen women wore very revealing thongs (transparent when wet, string in front and string in back, or tiny triangle). That said, the pool wasn't raunchy or uncomfortable for the masses. My wife really enjoyed it because it allowed her to get out of her comfort zone a little without anyone thinking anything of it. She went topless, did a couple poolside contests, and took a pole dancing class. Not the norm for the mother of two! We'll be back

Ok, here is the scoop. This is the oldest resort on the strip. It has been recently renovated, but you can only do so much with something that old. The rooms are not 5 star, they are about the same quality as a super 8 with more room and stone floors. If you are on the first floor, you occasionally get a "sewer smell" emmitting from the floor. If you are a travler that is intending on spending a lot of time just hanging around your motel room, this is not the place for you. If you want to go outside and get crazy, have fun, swim toppless, play toppless volleyball, snorkle, take catamaran trips, scuba dive, go on pirate ship cruises, go to sexy events at night, such as the casino night etc. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had a room on the first floor looking over the quiet pool, and we were doing something all the time, you never run out of things to do. Outside of sleeping 6-7 hours a day in our room, we were never there. My wife and I have been married 23 years and this was the most fun we have EVER had on a trip, and we will go back. Not becuse of the rooms, but becuase it was fun, sexy, liberating for her, and a SUPER deal for the money spent. If you are the kind of travler that expects waiters to be standing at your elbow, or need to call houskeeping if you spill a drink in your room.. you will hate this place.

We were very upset the minute we walked in. The staff was very nasty and they lie and just pull your leg on anything you ask for until they hope you get tired of asking and the manager at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. The room smelled like mold every time you turned on the AC. One good thing was the food was okay but the drinks are watered down and when your not looking top brand liquor is not what they are using to make your drinks. The worst part was the pool was filled with Fungus all around the rim and that was nasty. There are many other hotels in Cancun that I would go to spend my vacation. Also there is no BEACH there so don't believe them if they tell you there is..And be careful of them selling you a time share they promise you everything and get nothing, they call it the "WELCOME TOUR". They stated someone would come and show us all around so we knew where everything was located. After 1 hour of the "welcome tour" or TIME SHARE they wont stop harassing you to buy..Watch out..!!!

I loved everything about this resort! I went with my 2 best girlfriends and we had a blast. The service is fantastic, the entertainment was great and the food rocked! We are going back as soon as we can! Highly recomend to people that love to have fun!

My husband and i went to Temptation for our honey moon, we had been told by a couple of friends it was amazing so we decided to chose it for a honey moon. I am very happy we made that decision, it has been one if the best times we have had together. The whole concept is very exciting, and the staff memebers are really entertaining.Best food i've ever had at an all-inclusive hotel.

this was our first experance of adults only and it was fantastic.the first thing we noticed no pushchairs no kids screeming.our room was over the main entrance and was very noisy at night but we asked to change this they did with no problem, the room they gave us was right on the beach fantastic.the whole of the hotel was spotless the staff could not have been nicer the food was well presented.the adult games were in good taste and humourous and if you didn't like that there was the quiet pool away from all the fun.the bar staff was very good your glass may only be half empty but the next was waiting for you thank you for a wounderfull holiday

Been to the hotel twice, and it just keeps getting better .. the new accomodations are amazing, the service and staff members are adorable. Great food, fun activities, and beautiful people .. the perfect get away you´ll ever have ... be back for summer !

this is the perfect place if your up for a good time. the entertainment is none stop the people were great loved every minute of it.

Simply GREAT , My husband and i had a one week vacation , and search the net for recommendations, we literally bumped into this hotel, and where curious about the concept. Well, we found what has come to be a great expirience, adult entretainment, sun, beach great food, and relaxing times. This place is almost brand new, everything is modern and classy.. everyone speaks english, and is very nice to you. Things u shouldn´t miss for anything in the World: -Fasion Shows -Sensual Fitness Class - Drops of Love Plan -Sailing lessons (Free) -Night Shows -Tequila Volleyball -Spring Rolls at the Village Wok -Lasagna al Il Piacere -Tex Mex Food “ribs” at Margaritas Restaurant (awsome!) We´ll be back on summer for sure … Cancún is beautyfull!!

We were disappointed to find the hotel was under major consturction and we have spent a month trying to settle the matter with the hotel and the manager keeps saying he will look into it and never has. He is basically stringing us along hoping we will go away. Many services were closed (restaurants, spas, nighclubs, etc.) not to mention the constantant construction noise. Don't deal with cheaters there are other choices in Cancun.
