Wheelchair Etiquette and Other
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/19/10
At our departure, March 18 a.m., not one unnocupied standing staff helped us load our luggage or wheelchair in the trunck of my Camry. We struggled for over 15 minutes. We would have gladly given one of them another $5.00 tip to help us. Not only was this unacceptable but down right rude. At 65, retired and good tippers, we should have had better service. We suggest you give your staff a pep talk on how to respect us seniors, since we (baby boomers) will be a large part of your clientel in the near future.
