Gorgeous View, But A Bit Nightmare-ish
I liked the view from the window in the room I was in. It overlooked the CN Tower, which lights up every night every hour on the hour from dusk until 2 AM. The pool was clean, and the pool water was warm. I disliked the job housekeeping and the hotel management did and the hot tub and pool toys. The hot tub's jets weren't working like they should be, which made the hot tub water a bit cloudy. The pool toys they had for kids were very worn and faded. There were issues with my room almost every day I was there. First, there wasn't enough towels for my whole family. Then, the drain in the bath tub drained way too slow. We notified both the hotel management and housekeeping and were promised it would be taken care of right away (it wasn't). I finally got extra towels. I had to fix the poorly-draining bath tub drain myself (it was clogged with a huge wad of shampoo-covered hair and the drain stopper was held on with what looked like denture putty). Then, the maid did a poor job cleaning the bathroom and left the hair from the drain sitting in the trash can in the bathroom. To top that all off, there were a bunch of young men drinking and partying in the room next door (they were all underage). After asking the young men next door to please quiet down repeatedly and talking with the head of housekeeping and the hotel management, they finally were given one night for free. Some of the tickets the concierge people sold were a bit pricey for what the tickets and activities they were for were actually worth. It was a nightmare, even though the view was gorgeous!
