Cheap hotel---you get what you pay for!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/14/07
This hotel had a great location but that's about all it had!!! The front desk people where nice and the room now that's a different story. We stayed in a family suite with 2 bedrooms. It apeared clean as you first walked in but as we settled in it had cobwebs everywhere. The beds were so hard and the pillows were horrible. There was no hairdryer and the water pressure in the shower felt like it peeled the first layer of skin off of my face. There was a dead bug smashed on the window in the bathroom right above were our towels were sitting like housekeeping couldn't see that!! Nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Racoons
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/30/07
The location was very good and so was the price but it is infested with Racoons. At night time the racoons come out and they are all over all of the garbage cans outside the hotel. We had a garbage can right outside our room and there were racoons climbing in and out. They were all over!!!!!!!!!!! We felt unsafe and that is not something you should have to deal with when you want to get away and relax. We were literally afraid to go back to our room that night!

Location, location location!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/24/06
This hotel is great is you want to be within walking distance to everything important. The traffic can be alittle wild, so that is definitely a plus! The staff were very helpful with hints and ideas about what we should do. The pool inside was very clean and my kids LOVED the outdoor pool with a dragon slide and wading pool. The prices are quite high on weekends, so go during the week. We are planning on returning soon!

Disappointing
By Katerina, 09/04/05
The best thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise, there's nothing to write home about. For a hotel room that costs over $250 per night, it was shocking to find out it didn't even have a hair dryer (had to rent it for an extra fee), let alone a minibar/fridge. The bathroom looked in need of renovation, the carpet was filthy. The toilet clogged the first night. I won't be coming back, that's for sure.

Great hotel in the heart of the action
By Carrie, 06/02/05
This hotel is a great deal and has a nice family atmosphere. Located in the heart of Clifton Hill, it is within walking distance of many attractions & the falls. We will definitely be going back.

How to make you better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/05
I think your price for one night should go down to about 70 dollars for a two night stay for a family of four on weekends only

Repeat Travelers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/04
We have stayed here several times. Each time we keep coming back with friends to show them how nice it is and how conveniently located it is. The indoor pool is also great when we travel in the spring and fall.
