worst customer service ever
By ,
I called the hotel directly to change a reservation and after the person in reservations finished asking me 5 questions she said she couldn't change reservations and I would need to speak to someone in customer service. After being transferred and placed on hold for 15 minutes the customer service person asked the same 5 questions and finally said that because my reservation was made online, they could not change it. Period. Hello - it is your hotel - I am calling you. And you still cannot change a reservation and yet waste my time. I am never staying here again. Worst customer service ever.

Good hotel
By ,
This hotel was pretty good though the maintenance was shabby. The room was a bit small but we didn't really care. There was a spa in that hotel and the people working were really mean. There was this thing called Safeway Travel in there that had travel agents in there. They were also really mean. Overall, I liked this hotel.

Never again
By ,
It was ungodly expensive for a small one bed room with luke warm bath water. I left over 400 dollars and a set of keys there and when I returned they claimed it was never there. Savages... savages.

We can't wait to NOT go back!
By ,
The cleaning ladies are crazy and don't like to knock on your door but rather, they prefer banging on it in the morning. The only good thing about this hotel is, as everyone else has mentioned, the location. Just a few minutes away from the eaton center, Queen St., restaurants, coffee shop, etc. If you're getting a hotel room but are only using it to sleep there, then I'd recommend this one. But if you want a nice room with good service, I wouldn't recommend it.

Good hotel, good downtown location
By ,
Rooms a little small but ok. Elevators not adequate for number of rooms and very slow. Parking expensive on top of room price but expected in downtown. Close to subway, shopping.

2nd visit to hotel
By ,
thought thr rooms could be a bit cleaner. some of the walls had scuff marks on them. the bathroom could have been cleaner. the sheets were a bit thin in places not very good quality bedding. good location for center of city close to sub-way. berolie on corner good for breakfast good tea! great irish bar across the road.

Quite a good experience
By ,
The hotel was conveniently placed with access to transport. The restaurant and Cafe were quite good with good value. We would stay again knowing that the service and facilities are excellent.

Difficult to bring children to
By ,
I stayed at the Days Inn by myself with my infant son. I would definitely not stay there again with a baby if I had the choice. No disabled entrance, no room service, no kettles. I wound up getting sushi every night at about 5 pm and then eating it in the dark after my son went to bed. And I mistakenly used the phone to call long distance. While my friends were warned at check-in that the connect fees were really expensive, I was not. My phone bill came to $70 for 10 minutes.
