Very pleased with this hotel
By ,
Very nice place, great location, clean quiet room, good service. All in all I would stay here again. Only one complaint. The lobby is a floor below the lowest floor that has elevator access so you need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to your room. They should at least offer help to get your stuff up those stairs.

Just as always, great stay.
By ,
Me and my family have been here so many times, I can't recall the times we've stayed here, but I can say to you now, this place is just fantastic. Alot of people reviewing this hotel have said that the rooms are smelly and the staff are rude. They are just exaggerating, they probably encountered one tiny occurence, and then got all livid and decided to write a bad review. Well, this is what the hotel is really like. Right when you get in, the staff are very polite and pay all attention to your needs. Want a sunset view? They do all they can to get you a room with one. Even down to a specific room number and floor, put it in the request on reservation and done. You arrive with what you want. If its booked, they ask you if you want the room next to it. This only happened once due to the amount of guests on that particular floor. We always ask for room 370, and we always get it. The rooms are very clean. You can just jump on the bed and expect a lovely smell of lavender plus and have a comfortable sleep. Although there's no mini fridge, we just bring a cooler to store drinks and other stuff. Bathroom is very neatly organized, amenities at what you'd expect. I read one review saying theres no shampoo. In the shower, theres is a dispenser for shampoo plus body wash! Strange... anyways, for the surrounding places for going out, couldn't ask for more cool places to go! Lots of restaurants and a diners to enjoy. The Galleria mall is great too, but unfortunatly it doesnt have that many shops youd expect. But, it does have a food court for a quick bite and a casino to enjoy. A hotel is there too, for other options. Other great places i highly recommend is clifton hill, (go on the sky wheel too, lots of fun although the carriages whistle when you get to the top, a little freaky) the skylon tower also a 5 min. walk, great for sightseeing the whole surrounding area, and finally one more place, shoeless joes restaurant. great food, great time, but if you want to have a good laugh, you have to request sitting next to the glass floor-to-ceiling dome. Not only is it cool, but you also get a view of the new hilton hotel tower. And although this sounds a little strange, you can see the people in their rooms, doing the most weirdest things, but you will have lots of fun. Me and my family were naming rooms (e.g. party-streamer room, stalker guy room) we basically named them, and even other people started joining in. Well, i think ive said enough, i really wish i could continue, but im probably boring people to death by now. Anyways, if you are looking for a good priced stay, with friendly staff, pets too, and just an all around great hotel, we recommend this hotel all the way. Thanks best western for your amazing hotel, and we will be back shortly!

Mixed Review!
By ,
Let me start off by saying that we go to Niagara about once a month and this was the first time that we stayed at this hotel. I have never been to a hotel and been treated like this before! Upon arriving the front desk staff were very nice, you then have to walk all the way through the parking lot to get to which ever building you are staying in. The elevator will only fit a few people at a time so we ended up taking the stairs the whole time! We get to our room (which we upgraded to the larger room), the room was clean, but basic. There was no shampoo, all you get is a bar of soap for the sink. Then the problems started with when we were talking in our room it was about 11pm and we were only talking and I stress we were not making a lot of noise we had Security knock on our door giving us a noise violation and warned us that if they had to come back it would be a $400 fee and we would be evicted. And security is bunch of 20 year old kids. My Husband went to speak to front desk and ask if anyone had complained and they said "no, it just so happened that security had happened to walk past your door" So we went out for a bit and came back at about 2am and there were people on their baloneys yelling at this point all drunk so we stayed in the parking lot to talk to our Aunt and Uncle. There were prostitutes walking around in the parking lot. So just watch out if you do stay here!! Make sure your asleep by 11pm so your not making any noise!! And just watch out for the prostitutes!! I would not stay here again even if it was free!

Nice & Convenient to everything
By ,
After having a little bit of trouble finding this hotel, I was happy for how helpful and polite the staff were. Our room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the pool. We could just glimpse the falls around another building if we leaned out! The beds were a little harder than I like & there was some elevator trouble, but still had a great time. It was far enough away to be relaxing, but close enough to walk. Neighborhood got a little dicey another block over so be careful which direction you go for that walk. Otherwise fine for families. Would definitely stay here again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
By ,
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First off, fallsview is the name of the entire tourist area - and it refers to the proximity of the hotels, attractions, etc. to the Niagara Falls. In any case who cares, you're not spending your day in the hotel room looking at the falls, are you? This hotel is literally up the street from the Falls and it is an excellent place to stay. The room was spotless, and the staff were very nice. There's a restaurant, a pool, and each room has a balcony for you to relax on. Once you arrive to the Fallsview area you won't need your car since everything is within walking distance, and that's a huge plus. I would stay here again!

Worst hotel experience ever
By ,
First at all, there is no Falls View from this Hotel as it's name suggest. We bought a 2 nights package for $245 and at the end the check out bill was $345, which included a hefty parking charge of $10 per night, additional $50 for kids meal (the package supposedly includes kids meal). The meals does not worth the money. The hotel pictures just show the main entrance, however the hotel is very old, aisles are very dark with insufficient illumination, elevators are old, rooms decoration is outdated. The Hotel Manager was incapable to handle our concerns and they never issue a credit for the overcharge. Our stay in this Hotel was the worst we have ever experienced.

Great Place to stay
By ,
THis hotel is a great place to stay. I read a bunch of reviews that said about waiting in line for a long time but we expect that from most hotels (travelling is not something you do on a timeline!) We had a smooth check in and a very minimal wait. We got a great room, and the one person said about only the deluxe rooms having wireless internet, they all do now because stayed in one of the standard rooms and we got it, they said at the front desk that all roms have it. We had to pay $10 for parking but every other hotel in that area chagrges for parking now too so we figured it was just part of visiting Niagara. Our room was very nice and the casino was right, and i mean right across the street which was great when you're coming back very late at night. The falls were also close, just down the street. The people were VERY nice, we had a great time there and if we go back to Niagara Falls we would definately stay there again at their prices and location. A realy great time.

A Nasty Hotel
By ,
The Best Western Fallsview is awful. First, there is no view of Niagara Falls--that's just a hook to gouge tourists. Our room was tiny, dark, and smelled like sweat. The shower and pool were nasty. The hotel charges guests $10/day to park in their lot, although the nearby Days Inn has free parking. This dive exists to gouge tourists, and the owner should be ashamed.

value for money at great locale
By ,
The upside was the rooms were large and clean..there was a slight musty smell whuch I have been told is the result of people smoking in non-smoking rooms. The checking in was perfect but had to wait 15 minutes to check-out because of one clerk looking after and making reservations for another customer. When another clerk appeared she was smiling pleasant and efficient. It does look like a posible disaster area checking in with one line and the possibility of multiple guests. Went for golf at Thundering Waters so locale was great ..near Hooters and the Casino..didn't mind the parking charge..good security control..would return.

Dont Bother
By ,
Hotel smelt really bad throughout. Manager Mr.Zafar was rude. But the absolute worst part of this hotel is the restaurant. I had a party of six, we all had food poisoning. The Chef kept wandering around the dining room staring and talking with all the guest. His clothes were disgusting. At the end of the evening a cook came out of the kitchen and wanted us to leave so he could close up.
