Labrador Inn, Happy Valley-Goose Bay

One of the worst hotels I have been in. It is a run down old building. The carpets in each room tell a story of how many drunks have trashed the place and slept it off. Half the lights work in the room. There are stains and remains of who knows what the night before. I moved from one room to another hoping for something better. It was the same and then I overheard the manager ask why I moved rooms... Where do I start I thought. There are only three hotels in Goose Bay. If this is your last choice then sleep on the floor at the airport. Much more sanitary. Don Cherry should be ashamed at such an association with this place

I tried to reach a friend 3 times (he was staying there for 2 days) and the voice mail is not even connected to the options it pretends to offer. I sent a email and never recieved a reply. My friend was travelling by bycicle and it was his birthday. It can reached my friends in China in minutes but in NewFoundland, they might not have the telephone yet??

my wife and i tried to book a room for our wedding anniversary and just because we lived in the area they turned us down.so if your from the lake melville area then don,t bother even trying

Liked frendly staff very clean cood rooms hi speed internet work-out room free laundry great food The hotel is centrally located at the entrance to the base,ideal place to do business from.Has frendly atmosphere for long stays.
