Delta Fredericton, Fredericton

The staff in Bruno's/DJ's was very accomadating!! Jackie was an outstanding waitress. Room was a good size and these rooms have the best view in Fredericton. Didnt have any problems checking in or anything like that, eventhough I got there from Montreal after midnight. Definitely will be coming back!

The property itself was beautiful, but when i checked in i was checked into an occupied room (needless to say the woman was not fully dressed when i opened the door). i didn't make a scene when i returned to the desk but i did expect some sort of compensation. Elizabeth at the desk pretty much told me this kind of stuff happens all the time and that's too bad. all she did was change my room and didn't even say sorry. it could have been that easy as sorry, i know some other people that encountered the same girl with a horrible experience also and they said the same thing. Im sorry to say this about another person but she should not be working in customer service. she doesnt know how to handle problems or how to speak to humans!!!. But the Hotel itself is absolutly beautiful and its too bad that one person takes away the whole experience of the property. if i go there again and see elizabeth at the desk im turning around and going to the crown plaza. (Donna was nice though)

I think this place is amazing! We were always there for volleyball because our coach wanted us to stay in only the best places and this was the best choice. It's amazing on the inside. It's always clean, the people are friendly and you feel like a total princess. It's gorgeous.

We were happy with our stay but they did not clean our room all day and we came back at 3 in the afternoon and then at 5 one time and two days room was not clean. We did make a complaint and they gave us a new room that was clean.
