Pacific Palisades Hotel, Vancouver

Perfect location on Robson for young, hip looking to be near shopping, restaurants, Van Art Gallery and Granville Clubs are walkable [$8Cab]. Our $150 night suite more than made up for the parking charge. The wine tasting at 5pm each evening was a great touch. Wonderful Conciege.

SUPER FRIENDLY! HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL! This place will surprise you. It is roomy, colorful, vibrant, and ideally located (right on ROBSON - the main pathway that is walking distance to plenty of shopping & food merchants). The staff & concierge will overwhelm you with "true" service. The complimentary wine tasting and art display was a lovely touch and served as a wonderful way to meet other guests. I was truly impressed and will certainly be looking forward to staying here on my next visit.

The Pacific Palisades is a wonderful hotel, in a great part of a fantastic city. The staff were exceptionally professional, the restaurant, ZIN, is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful, modern, well appointed and spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with a wall of glass looking out to the city.

I have stayed here on 3 occaisions, and each time it was very nice. The rooms are very nice, and the fact that every room has a balcony and a kitchen makes it very comforting. Also, since this was formerly an apartment building, it is very quiet. Not to mention the amazingly comfortable down comforters.

My husband and I stayed there last April, for just one night. The hotel was perfectly fine and had a good location. It was fun being on Robson Street that night because a very important hockey game was going on and it seemed like all of Vancouver was in the street(of course, that also made it a little hard to sleep). I expected the hotel to be a little better. It seemed pretty average to me. The wine reception was a nice touch. The service could have been better. One of the valets not only did not hold the door open for me, but cut right in front of me and let the door shut right in my face. Overall, I can't find anything to complain about, and the internet prices are very reasonable for a downtown location.

I loved the pool area and the decor.

My partner and I have stayed there a few times and like all Kimpton Group hotels, the staff was amazing. The concierge was very helpful and recomended great sites, the service in the restaurant (Zin) was fantastic! The location, right on central Robson street is unbeatable. Tip: get a room on a higher floor to avoid street noise. The room was clean - if not a bit threadbare, but big with colorful decor.

I had a 3 room apt/suite with a kitchen and great view. I love the attitude of this hotel. Really rocks!
