Easy Acces to Canada line. Room was good size and clean. Internet reception could be better but was free

Garbage in the halls was still there a week later when we returned from our trip. We didn’t receive the price we booked the rooms for over the phone. We were informed that this could only be corrected by a manager, who was never available and didn’t return phone calls or e-mails.

For the price being paid, the rooms were about what I expected. Although the hotel was a bit on the older side, but the staff were nice and helpful and the rooms were well kept and clean. Like others have said, their restaurant was a bit empty but the food presentation and taste was top notch. It wasn't luxury, but the reason why we stayed was practicality; both the airport was close for our flight and all we really needed was a shower and clean bed to sleep on for a night. Plus, you can't beat a free shuttle to and from the airport.

My bf and I were staying for a trip out to Hawaii and didn't want to drive out to the airport from where he lived and the hotel provided a park and fly package which meant that you could leave your car there while you're on your trip. This was very convenient compared to the amount we'd have to pay for the airport park and fly. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. The rooms were clean, but the hallways are a little weird as they fell like they were outdoors but I guess that does provide you with a view of their courtyard. We had dinner at the restaurant since we were tired and didn't want to go too far. Dinner was wonderful, the food at the restaurant was delicious. There didn't seem like to be a lot of other people eating there but I was glad I gave this place a try. Great value compared to the other hotels near by who were charging a bit more.

We stayed here for 4 months and it is the most disgusting, filthy, poorly staffed, hotel that I have ever seen. The entire hotel is filthy and old, and everything is is in poor repair. The staff are lazy and ill tempered, particularily the front desk clerk working the evening shift. There is absolutely no security whatsoever, and the halls are dark. Our truck was broken into and valdalized while it was parked in the hotel's parking garage. Not one staff member even cared, (or pretended to care) The whole building reeks of mold, and there are mushrooms growing from the carpet in the stairwell where there was a previous water leak. The linens are torn and yellowed, and every day our towels had black hairs on them. The carpets in our room were so filthy that our socks were turning black, and I had to speak to the manager (who avoided me for an entire week) to get our carpets shampooed. I could go on and on, but there is really no point. Just avoid this dump all together.

The hotel was quite scarry. It looked fine from the outside but inside was filthy and looked like nothing had been cleaned for years. Very disappointing and we had to move.

Stay here for one night, what a mistake. The room is smelly and old. The bed is not comfortable. My room was facing one of the main road, so a lot of traffic noise. Actually I feel the room is kind of creepy :0. Just a bad experience. I will never stay at this one.

Very friendly and convenient place. I stayed long time, six months and I enjoyed. Peaceful place. The room I stayed had a small kitchenett which was very usefull. And nearby there is Costco whole sale outlet. It was so convenient to shop there with the Hotel's membership card which the hotel provided each time I needed to shop there. very good facility.

The hotel great value for the $$$ and much less expensive than other hotels in Richmond. The staff is WONDERFUL. I know I'm not supposed to use all caps but they are terrific. They are very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for value priced accomodations - this is the place to stay.

The hotel management have a really bad customer service. Most of the employees are extremely rude. It is really too noisy and the rooms are indeed stink and dirty. Please, don't be blinded by the cost since there are other hotels with the same price that have high quality, excellent customer service, good location and great amenities.
