"If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." -The staff was friendly and courteous, that's about the only good thing to say. They did not have a lot to work with. I felt sorry for them. -the rooms were clean, but worn -Everything else was awful -Don't be fooled by the list of amenities and attractions (some that did not acutally exist as advertised: Pools? no. Casino? no. Bowling alley? no.) and misleading pictures -Good as a truck stop....but overpriced for even that -If I was travelling with my family (I was - and booked two rooms for two nights) and wanted to enjoy the visit to Vancouver, I would be and was very upset and disappointed. -Dark, dank, smelly, worn, awful -EVERYBODY I met in the hotel remarked how bad it was and the comments were not solicited, but volunteered!! I never had that experience at anyplace before. Usually somebody is unhappy with anything. Here, EVERYBODY was unhappy, and commented on how bad it was!! -the elevator conversation was all the same...disgust with the place. -I can't believe anyone who viewed the banquet facilities first would book any function there!! The atmosphere was just BAD..OK for a low class batchelor party I suppose! -BAD "continental breakfast" consisted of a stale overly sugared roll and OK coffee. -They will be booked for the 2010 Olympics...and their guests be very, very, very, disappointed and upset. -I feel bad having to give such a poor review...I have never had such a poor experience. -Quality Inn (Choice Hotels) should sell this dump...it would make a good half way house for parolees...that's about it.

Stayed there for one night ( thnk God! it's only a night)...The patio door in our room wont close, so we have to deal with the noise outside all night! terrible place to stay..the room was cold all night!..wont stay there again! Charged us for 89 dollars /night could have gotten a better room at a cheaper price with Ramada Metrotown...

it is newly renovated and awesome friendly staff i would staff there again, rooms are very clean and also newly renovated, there is also a sport bar and a bowling alley on premises

This hotel is disquisting. Looked great when we entered the front desk as they have recently renovated but the rooms are dirty and smelly. We asked for non smoking and got the smoking floor. Hotel was apparently fully booked. We coughed all night due to the cigarette smoke. The noise from the airconditioning system that was on the roof kept us from opening our window for fresh air. The underground parking was dark and scary and you had to carry your bags up stairs to get into the hotel from the parking area. Pictures can be deceiving. You get what you pay for at this hotel and nothing more.

Pros: Room is clean, good amenities, friendly staff. Cons: parking garage in rear. need to alert (horn) the hotel staff to open the gate for in and out

Too far from the airport. We could not understand how it could be called an airport hotel. It took us ages to get their attention and reach someone to pick us up at the airport (2 hours. The driver smelled of alcohol and we were afraid we will never arrive safe. Our room had a stinky smell that prevented us from falling asleep. We had to leave very early in the morning for the shuttle runs only every 30 minuets.

i stayed here April 2006. I have been coming to this hotel for serveral years and they have went through a huge change. New capret in hallways, very nice lobby, this hotel has made a huge change throughout the whole hotel and it is a great value for its price i would really recommend this hotel.

I've stayed in this motel half a dozen times over the last 5 years and never had a problem with anything. Rooms were comfortable and clean enough. Air conditioning was good. The lounge is huge and comfortable. Food at the restaurant and while patronizing the lounge was just fine. Some of these other "reviews" are way off base in this writer's opinion.

while the front desk and were good on arrival the first impresion was deceiving as carpets on every foor were loose and in need of replacement on leaving hotel in morning my wife tripped on loose carpet causing brusing to both knees when brought to attention of reception he just shrugged and walked away as we were catching an international flight we could not persue the matter ps. lori was helpful on arrival

The Service was awful. I had a reservation which i booked through LASTMINUTE Travel.com and these guys cancelled my valid reservation after i showed them all details ( truely desi mentality) Benedict
