Decent rooms, lousy service

The rooms are pretty good, and are in good shape. The on premises restaurents are a bit pricy but OK. The service is close to the worst I have ever had. I had a smoking room reserved (confirmed in an email) and when I got to my room ... it was non smoking. Rather than move me, they sent up some ashtrays. OK for me, but I have to think the next person in the room would not be too pleased. I was not asked if I had a car (I did) and was vaguely told where the underground parking was (it was not obvious). I had a room rate that included complimentary breakfast, but had to go down again to get the vouchers. My third night there I placed (like the first nights) a wake up call request - it did not come the next morning and I was a half hour late for a business meeting. The 4th night I tried to place a wake up call around 11:30 PM and tried both the operator and front desk for ten minutes with no response. Finally had to walk to the front desk and ask.
If you are willing to settle for inconsistent service, errors on your reservation, and no reponse from customer service staff ... this is the place for you.
