We checked into the hotel late last night as we had been attending a birthday party in Calgary. After a long day we just wanted to get some sleep. I got into bed, folded down the top bedspread, and found...bugs! There were literally two large beetles crawling on the blanket underneath the bedspread. We were so disgusted we just wanted to leave, so we called the front desk and informed them of the situation. We then packed our bags and went to check out. We were told that we would not be charged for the room (you think????); however, we wished to speak to the manager and he had left, so we requested a phone call by noon today. It is now 1:30 and no phone call. This was the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had!
