Friendly and helpful staff checking and out. new exercise area, different than the usual highway motel. The pillow top beds are as good as any I have experienced. One of the best breakfasts in a motel, they claim Deluxe continental breakfast and I agree. I will return when I pass by again. They said they recently did upgrades to the breakfast room, hallways, new sealing on parking lot, and upgraded the exercise area. The free popcorn, cookies and coffee in reception is great. A surprising find was the photo gallery and free book exchange

One of the best breakfasts i have enjoyed at a motel. the room was meticulously clean, staff friendly and helpful. Interestingly, they have a book exchange and a photo gallery. It is not your usual motel. I really liked it and will return when in the area. they said they are putting an exercise area, so it will only be even better. A very satisfied customer.

At check in the young lady was very nice, and helpful. The room was a lil outdated. But it was very clean. We had a good nites stay. When we went to check out the lady at the front desk wasnt to friendly. but overall we will stay again.

As visitors to USA from England, we were so disappointed in the overall state of this particular Days Inn, as the decor in the room was tired and depressing. 1)We kept the blinds closed all the time we occupied the room as the windows were filthy and the view was horrendous. 2) The light socket in the floor lamp was broken and dangerous. 3) We had a king size bed with only one table lamp making impossible for me to read whilst my partner slept, and the wires from the lamp were stretched across the floor to the socket. 5) The "white" towels in the bathroom were grey and I refused to use the face flannel as it was stained, and to add insult to injury, the coffee machine was broken. This is not the standard we are used to from Days Inn, Thank heavens it was only an overnight stop on our travels

My son was returning home after visiting us and his car broke down. I called Days Inn Rawlins and they helped us get him a room the price was great. They were genuinely thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Days Inn Rawlins employees! Good breakfast and there was indeed hot water! The housekeeping staff were persistant about cleaning the room.

We called and got a managers special for $79 and a $5 pet fee. We can't complain. The lady at the desk was very nice and respectful. Would definatley come back again.

When I made the reservation for one night, I asked about the status of the pool, restaurant and lounge and the person that took my reservation did not bother to let me know that all three were closed. Upon arrival, when I asked for a discount after finding out that the amenities I was looking for were unavailable, the front desk clerk just grumbled that there was nothing she could do. When I checked out, the morning desk clerk gave me a $20 discount, which he stated was all he could do without a managers approval, there were no managers available. Considering the fact that I drove over 700 miles I would have booked at another hotel that actually had these amenities. The room was clean, but the beds were four inches lower at the head of the bed than the end. Made it really difficult to sleep.

we were very pleased with our room. Our room was clean, spacious and we were allowed our two little dogs at a very nominal price. nice and quiet also.

I regularly work in the area, and used to book this hotel regularly until a couple of weeks ago. PROS: They have one of the better breakfasts, and the rooms are decently sized and moderately comfortable. Overall, it's not a bad value. The in-house restaurant was thankfully closed down about a year ago...I personally had a couple of horrific experiences there. CONS: Lack of general cleanliness and NO HOT WATER! The last time I stayed there was the second time in the past 2 months I woke up to find no hot water in my room, despite the claim that they just replaced the water heater. All they could offer was a $15 reduction to my bill, which I would have gladly traded for a warm shower. Until some kind of remodel is done, I've decided to find another hotel and thought I should warn future travelers.

Room 239, 11-06, I reserved room account 3star rating. I disliked the dirt and dust on floor, the protruding springs in mattress, the threadbare sheets, the rags for towels, the clothes rack literally falling off the wall, the cabinet doors held in place by wedges of paper, the shoe prints on one wall, the obvious disregard for cleanliness by housekeeping staff, and then, early in the morning, the noise of the gas/oil field trucks in the parking lot. The continental breakfast, however, was pretty fair. In general I was very disappointed.
