Inflexible in cancelation

I can not tell you how disappointing is to deal with an orgainazation that is inflexible in their scheduling. Tried to cancel two weeks due to sudden illness of a family member and their unwillingest to allow cancelation. So be forewarned of this if booking they will keep your money and not do anything for it. Their customer service rep was rude and hung up on us instead of trying to resolve. I will never stay at another Super 8 and will tell everyone I know of this experience. So please learn from our costly mistake in dealing with such an unprofessional company and only concerned for their for their own benefit.
